Take Inventory!
I will bless the Lord at all times: His praise shall continually be in my mouth. Psalm 34:1 KJV
Bless the Lord, O my soul, and forget not all his benefits. Psalm 103:2 ESV
Bless (affectionately, gratefully praise) the Lord, O my soul, and forget not [one of] all His benefits. Psalm 103:2 AMPC.
I say to myself, ‘Praise the Lord!’ Never forget all the good things that he has done for you! Psalm 103:2 EasyEnglish Bible 2018.
Today, the Holy Spirit said TAKE INVENTORY.
As I wrote that down, He continued with:
Take inventory of answered prayers. You are sitting in answered prayer right now. Let the last answered prayer strengthen your faith to wait for the next answered prayer.
Take inventory.
Look at what I have already done.
Look at how I have already answered.
When you take inventory, that means you do an assessment of what you already have. I immediately thought about what Jesus had ALREADY DONE for me on the cross. I took inventory of His sacrifice. I took inventory of WHO HE IS. I took inventory of how He has kept me all the days of my life. I took inventory of how He has never left me. I took inventory of how He is never late and always on time. I took inventory of where I am now and how far He has brought me.
Well, my list is just getting started.
Today, I encourage you to TAKE INVENTORY of ALL THE GOOD THINGS GOD HAS DONE FOR YOU ALREADY and ALL THE PRAYERS HE HAS ALREADY ANSWERED.
As Psalms 103:2 says: And forget not one of all His benefits!
P.S. If He did it before, He will do it again! You can take that promise to the bank and cash it over and over and over and over again! Hallelujah!!
SALVATION PRAYER
If you don’t know Jesus as your personal Lord and Savior and you’re not a believer, but you have a desire to be, all you have to do is openly confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord, and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead (Romans 10:9). When you pray that prayer, you are saved. Get connected with a good, bible-based church in your community, stay connected to other believers, and start having daily conversations through prayer with God every single day. Welcome to your new life with Jesus Christ!!!
ASSIGNMENTS
What did Holy Spirit say to you in your conversation with Him this morning?
What has the Lord already done for you? Make a list that you can always be adding to every day.
Record yourself reading the word of God on video or audio and watch how God will use your own voice to give you revelation and build your faith (keeping this assignment on here for a while).
